Logicalis sought to consolidate its regional teams by integrating both Logicalis and iZeno into a cohesive, collaborative workspace. Together, we've transformed this vision into a modern, dynamic office that fosters innovation, connection, and employee well-being.

Thoughtful Design to Enhance Connectivity

At the heart of the design is an emphasis on teamwork, with open areas balanced by private spaces for focused work and virtual meetings. The layout encourages organic interaction and boosts productivity. The reception area sets the tone for innovation with polished wood finishes and clean lines, bringing a sense of coziness and warmth while maintaining a professional, polished feel. Advanced audio-visual systems embedded throughout ensure seamless connectivity, reflecting Logicalis’s commitment to digital innovation.

Local Heritage Meets Modern Functionality

To reflect Malaysia’s rich cultural heritage, Conexus Studio incorporated Peranakan-inspired accents into the design. Blue patterns on the floor tiles and kitchen accents add a local touch, while alternating dark and light oak furnishings introduce natural warmth to the space, paying homage to the traditional art forms of the region. This thoughtful inclusion of local design elements creates a cultural connection while complementing the modern functionality of the space.

Designing for Agility and Well-Being

The office layout caters to the diverse needs of employees, offering spaces that balance privacy, collaboration, and comfort. The calming palette of charcoal ceilings and neutral walls promotes tranquility, while ample natural light brightens the space, enhancing productivity and promoting a sense of ease. A feature wall highlighting the company’s core values reinforces Logicalis’s brand identity and commitment to its mission.

To add a touch of fun and foster team bonding, a pool table is placed in a dedicated informal area, giving employees a space to unwind and connect outside of their regular duties. This vibrant yet functional design reflects Logicalis’s dedication to employee well-being, creating an agile, connected, and enjoyable environment for all.
