Amidst strong business growth, Vallianz consolidates its offices in a vibrant, future-forward hub, empowering innovation and partnerships to chart new frontiers in energy transformation.

Brought to life with Conexus Studio’s design and build expertise, the new office features an elegant design that embraces modernity, versatility and feng shui principles. This creates a harmonious environment which sparks organic connections, enhances employee wellbeing, and reflects Vallianz’s rich heritage and progressive outlook.

Celebrating Vallianz’s Brand Identity and Maritime Legacy

Inspired by grand voyages, the design highlights Vallianz’s forward-thinking nature with a bold use of red, Vallianz’s brand colour, complemented with muted neutral and rich dark walnut tones for a sophisticated touch. Open ceilings pay homage to the industrial look of ship interiors, creating a spacious feel to foster greater social interactions.

Curved design elements guide employees through key zones, spotlighting them as ports-of-call for socialisation, collaboration, and focused work. Modern oriental coin motifs symbolising flourishing maritime trade are interwoven into acoustic panels and glass walls, sparking visual interest while enhancing privacy for management and meeting rooms.

Setting Sail for Deeper Connections

Upon entry, guests journey down a custom display wall featuring ship models against a sleek modern geometric interpretation of Vallianz’s logo. The versatile front-of-house space offers lively grounds for socialisation with its cosy booth and lounge seats, with space-efficient tiered seating for community events and town hall meetings.

A sleek curved glass boardroom stands as a centrepiece, commanding attention with its sleek design and stunning sea views. Ship models are strategically placed to “float” on the horizon, a nod to Vallianz’s transformational impact in the maritime industry.

Enlivening Employee-Centric Spaces

Crafted for employees to recharge and collaborate, the Annex Suites integrates a cosy breakout lounge and a variety of meeting rooms, boosting employee wellness and spurring innovation in a more private setting.

The display wall shields the back-of-house area for added privacy, offering employees a comfortable, rejuvenating work experience, with ergonomic workstations thoughtfully arranged to maximise sea views and natural lighting.

Sustainability at the Core

Cementing Vallianz’s commitment to sustainability, eco-friendly materials such as carbon neutral carpets and acoustic panels made with recycled raw materials are used throughout the office. Energy efficient systems such as daylight sensors were also integrated into the office for long-term power savings, while meeting the stringent standards of Labrador Tower’s Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy certification.

“Conexus Studio has transformed the way we connect, collaborate and work at our new office. We appreciate how they blended creativity with purpose, crafting a truly tailored space that fosters a culture of connection, build lasting relationships and amplify our brand identity – a springboard for innovation and boundless possibilities.”

Ling Yong Wah, Chief Executive Officer, Vallianz Holdings
